The launch trial includes 30 minutes for up to 14 days. A trial ends when its time or minute allowance is exhausted. Browser test calls also use minutes. Calls have a 20-minute maximum.
Extra minutes are billed up to a monthly limit, after which the agent stops answering new calls until the next billing period (keep a verified fallback ready): Starter 300 minutes, Growth 1,000 minutes, Pro 2,400 minutes. Calls answered at once: Starter 5, Growth 10, Pro 50; a call beyond that is forwarded to your fallback number.
Annual billing is charged once a year and costs the same as 10 months, so 2 months are free. Monthly equivalents: Starter $49.17, Growth $124.17, Pro $249.17. Minutes are still included each month; annual billing does not combine them into a yearly pool.
